               Long (Rectangular) - Fits 9" L x 4-3/4" W x 4" H Box
        Square - Fits 4-1/2" L x 4-1/2" W x 5-1/2" H Box

They are very easy to clean.  Either throw them in your regular laundry or just wipe off the tissue lint with a damp cloth, or shake it off.
