Layers of fleece (inside) help to insulate hot or cold dishes. Sturdy wooden handles support even heavy dishes. Velcro closures on the two inner flaps keep your dish secure and provide a channel to hold serving utensils; and we've added a wooden board tucked into the bottom pocket for extra support if you want to use those throw-away aluminum pans. Don't be limited to one size or shape of dish you can carry -- these adjust to many different ones.
