Casserole Carriers come in bold, bright floral prints
Golden Sunflowers, bright Red Geraniums, Red Mums, and a group we named "Pretty Posies" are examples of the bold and beautiful fabrics available for your Casserole Carrier. Any of these would be just perfect for Summer picnics, potluck dinners, church suppers, workplace food days or family get togethers. These adjust easily to many sizes and shapes of casserole, baking or salad dishes. Simply place the dish in the center of the opened carrier, fold up the inner flaps over your covered dish and press the sewn in hook and loop tapes together, then bring the outer sides up and take it away holding the wooden dowel handles. You'll find that the hook and loop tape closures provide a place for carrying your serving utensils. And now we have also inserted a wooden support in the "pocket" under the dish to support any flimsy, "throwaway" pans you might want to use. Basic Features:
-- Besides the two outer fabrics you can see, there is also a layer of fleece in each of the two sections.
-- Removable wooden handles (for laundering ease).
-- Velcro closures hold dish secure & hold utensils.
-- Hidden pocket in bottom (Use it for hot pads, etc.)
-- Ribbon nametag holder is stitched on inner panel to insert a card with your name or the name of your food dish.
-- Will hold oval, round, square, oblong dishes from 1 qt, 1-1/2 qt, 2 qt and even a 9 x 13 pan. See this page for more info about using larger dishes with our Extenders.
-- We've added a wooden board that is tucked into the pocket area at the bottom, for additional support when carrying flimsy
pans, such as those throw-away aluminum ones.
